Sheila has been my travel agent since 2002. She

When my parents came to the US, they decided to wait for their petition
here in the US and so I had to cancel their flight back to Philippines.
She took care of the refund tickets for my parents; I didn’t
have to deal with airlines and I got the refund in short time. My
mom just left to spend Christmas in the Philippines, there was no
seat available for the cheapest fare, for the date she needed to
be back. However, due to her expertise she took care of everything
and the date my mom left I received an email from her saying she
have a confirmed booking for the cheapest fare, which just gave
me and my mom a peace of mind as well as saving us $130. I am very
